1. Kenya Airways
(Kenya’s national carrier) in a labor dispute challenging a 4-day strike action by the Kenyan pilots’ union. The firm negotiated a deal allowing talks while the pilots resumed work, stopping the financial loss of USD 2.2 billion daily.
2. Kenya Electricity Generating Company
(The leading electric power generating company in East Africa) in various complex commercial and contractual disputes for the drilling of geothermal wells both in the country and out of the country.
