Cherop is a multi-faceted advocate providing corporate and individual clients with one-stop legal solutions from the inception of their businesses, throughout their life cycles and dissolution. 

She has experience in structuring transactions drafting and negotiating transactional documents in connection with asset sales and acquisitions, securities acquisitions, mergers, private placements, and lending transactions. In addition, she represents investors, lenders, and borrowers in their funding activities, including joint ventures. 

Cherop maintains an active pro bono practice through her work with various organizations including the Rose Women Foundation which promotes the economic empowerment of women in marginalized regions in Kenya.
