Alex joined the Firm as a trainee advocate in 2020, and after completing his training he joined the Firm as an Associate in 2021. 

As part of the Corporate & Commercial Practice, he has been involved in providing corporate and commercial advice to clients in a wide range of sectors. His areas of interest include negotiations and completions of M&A transactions, specialized real estate development transactions, private equity, capital markets, competition law, legal and regulatory compliance, business set-up, and immigration law.

In connection with the issuance of a bond of up to a maximum face value of USD 485 million (KES 65.4 billion) on the Estates and Infrastructure Exchange (EIX) in the City of London.
